let me introduce you butter fly, the second vinyl of the label take hit records signed by the talented french artist brtz aka breitlitz. this ep, including the collaboration of behzad & amarou, two residents of the famous club concrete in paris, and also a remix of the growing polish michal jablonski, is a journey through a powerful dark and mental techno built on energetics modern beats and breaks really efficient for the dancefloor or big stage. you can find a digital or vinyl copie from february 2018 on every records shop or store online.

malmö s own sune fills in for better listen s tenth release, continuing a run of sweet scandinavian finds for the label. the butter love ep is a true reflection of the crime city man s sound jovial, dusty disco and soul samples adorned by heady drum machine programming.

on their second 12-, the honey butter crew prove themselves to be experts in the arts of mellifluous house jams, just like their name suggests. leipzig s m.ono has previously been spotted on rose records, heist and nite grooves amongst others, and sounds in fine fettle on this smooth sailing 12- of feel good house jams. -peanut butter lover- has it all - dreamy pads, throbbing bassline, lingering piano. -bummi- meanwhile aims for a clubbier feel offset by chirpy vibraphone notes, and then -made in montana- rounds the ep off with some deft keys and an overall deep atmosphere.

the second vinyl release from betyar records is butter solkimÆs savaria ep, which is the fifth in the row of the publications. there are four tracks on the vinyl: two original versions and two remixes by miklos vajda. the tracks are still very harmonious, deep and a little melancholic. anyone who ever listens to this vinyl will be a part of a special journey. the release is a worthy offspring of the first vinyl published by betyar records titled the sun breaks over the mountains by miklos vajda.

honey butter launches in a flurry of feel good deep house from lesser known producers with a keen ear for straight up groovers. swales kicks the record off with the melancholic tones of pushin away, while ari bald sidles in with the wistful sample chops of hot 2 cold. sabie blanc takes things to even dreamier heights on the b-side with the harp-embellished romanticism of musique d ascenseur, and then eben rees finishes the party off with some seriously funky licks on dirty dishes. all in all, it s a formidable salvo of likeminded deep house jams that should work its way into the bags of all manner of soulfully-minded spinners.
